The Artura Spider represents McLaren's newer direction: a hybrid powertrain combining a V6 with an electric motor, producing instant low-end torque with a lighter environmental footprint. It is marginally more compact than the 720S, which can be an advantage on the SP583 lakeside road where tunnel clearances and hairpin widths leave little margin.
