How does the security deposit work?
A security deposit is pre-authorised on your credit card before the rental begins. The hold is released after the car is returned and inspected, subject to your card issuer's processing time.
Can I drive the rental car across the border to Switzerland or Austria?
We maintain a documented cross-border policy for clients continuing to destinations such as St. Moritz, the Dolomites via the Brenner corridor, or other neighbouring countries. Cross-border travel must be declared at booking so we can prepare the correct paperwork and confirm any additional terms. Both options are available.
